Refund policy

This policy explains how refunds and replacements work for downloads bought from store.thefootindiabetes.com from The Foot in Diabetes Ltd, company number 13870866. Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") is our merchant of record: it took your payment, so any refund is processed through Paddle.

1. Full refund within 14 days

At checkout you ask for immediate access to your downloads and acknowledge that once you download any file from the order you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel. Our own policy below is more generous than that: it still gives a full refund within 14 days of purchase if nothing from the order has been downloaded.

You can have a full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase and nothing from the order has been downloaded. We can see in your library whether any file from the order has been downloaded. The refund is for the whole order and returns what you paid, including VAT.

2. After you have downloaded

Once any file from an order has been downloaded, the order is no longer refundable, because you have received the digital content. If a file you downloaded is faulty, for example it will not open or is incomplete, tell us and we will replace it at no cost. Nothing here affects your statutory rights where the content is faulty or not as described.

3. Complete-library purchases that overlap what you own

If you buy a complete library and it includes modules or units you already owned, contact us and we will refund the overlap, which is the amount that covers the items you already had. Please tell us the email address you bought with and the order reference.

4. How to ask for a refund or replacement

Use the contact page or email info@thefootindiabetes.co.uk. Please include the email address you used at checkout and your order reference from your Paddle receipt. We will reply by email.

5. How refunds are paid

Paddle processes the refund. How long it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or card provider. The refund will appear on your statement against PADDLE.NET.
