Licence

This licence applies to everything you download from store.thefootindiabetes.com, which is supplied by The Foot in Diabetes Ltd, company number 13870866. Your purchase is made through Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our merchant of record, but the content is licensed to you by us.

1. What you are licensed to do

When you buy a module or unit you receive an individual licence. It is personal to you and it is non-transferable. You may:

• download and keep the files you have bought
• read, watch and listen to them for your own study and professional development
• print a copy for your own use
• store them on your own devices and in your own backups

2. What you may not do

You may not:

• give, sell, lend or otherwise pass the files to anyone else
• share your download links or your sign-in links
• upload the files to a shared drive, intranet, team folder or learning platform, or post them online
• copy or redistribute any part of the content, including slides, figures and video, in training, presentations or publications without our written permission
• remove or alter any author, copyright or licence notices

3. Teams and institutions

The licence covers one person. If you want to provide the material to a team, department or organisation, contact us through the contact page or at info@thefootindiabetes.co.uk and we will arrange the right licence.

4. Ownership

We, or our licensors, own the content. The licence gives you the right to use it as described above and nothing more.

5. If you break this licence

We may withdraw access to your library if the licence is breached, for example if download links or files are shared. This is in addition to any other remedy available to us.
